Kihei Bay Surf is in a great central location with very close beach access right across the street. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities in the area.

Updated studio in a great Kihei location. Cross the street and hit the beach.

Common area: Coastal vibes throughout this studio. Walk in and you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, then to the living room where you'll find high ceilings, bistro table(2 chairs), a king size bed, Smart TV with premium cable, full size sofa sleeper, window AC unit, and access to the lanai.

Bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, and single sink vanity.

Lanai: Three chairs and a small table. Partial peek a boo ocean view.

Stay Aloha provides all needed essentials for your stay, unless it's a long term stay of multiple weeks. This includes laundry, bath, and kitchen essentials.

There is also a historic Hawaiian fishing pond across the street great for another calm swimming area. Location, location, location.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
