Master Suite 1: Queen size bed, dresser, TV with cable, ceiling fan, and sliding lanai door access that leads out to walkway(not a private lanai). En suite bathroom features single sink vanity, walk in shower, toilet, and plenty of storage.

Master Suite 2: This room is ocean front and features a queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and direct lanai access with sliding doors. En suite bathroom features single sink vanity, walk in shower, toilet, and storage.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, Smart TV with cable, pull out sofa sleeper, and two chairs. There is also beach gear, binoculars, and beach towels for your use in this unit.

Lanai: Pub style table and 2 lounge chairs.

Hololani Resort offer underground parking, elevators, trash chutes, ocean front pool, BBQ area, and more.

***The unit is going through a full remodel this fall(2023), so from December dates and on the unit will be completely updated from top to bottom with a beautiful modern coastal aesthetic.

There is no AC at this entire resort. We have ceiling fans throughout the unit in every room and the west maui trade winds are usually constant and keep the unit cool.

This resort although oceanfront does not have useable beach all the time. It has sandbags and depending on the tide the ocean may be right up against them with no sand exposed. There is useable beach nearby a few minutes away and sometimes at the resort next door. This Kahana area offers restaurants, beach gear rental, and little shops all within walking distance. Close drive to Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Lahaina.

Current Construction work:

The process is similar to re-roofing a building, except portions of the garage roof are covered by soil and landscaping that must first be removed. The affected areas, which extend several yards around the perimeter of both buildings, will be divided into four zones and repaired one at a time. Perimeter fencing and safety barriers will be installed around the active work area, walkways and lanais. A mini excavator and hand tools will be used to remove the soil and landscaping to expose the garage roof.

A new waterproof barrier will be installed and a sealant heated on site and applied. Finally, soils and landscaping are replaced. The process will be disruptive and cause noise, dust, and produce odors similar to heated asphalt or tar. After waterproofing of a zone is complete, the repair to the concrete below in the garage can begin. Spall repair uses jackhammers, concrete saws, rotor hammers, and the like. It can be expected that the noise and vibration will permeate and carry throughout both buildings.. very disruptive to our owners and guests, but unavoidable.

Construction is scheduled to begin on March 27th and continue through December 6th. Construction hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The contractor will be allowed to do preparation and quiet work from 7:30am to 8:00am. The goal is to maintain access to the pool area as much as possible, however the contractor will be moving equipment between excavation work areas and the equipment staging area on the north lawn. They may need to block access to the pool and grills during these times and possibly other times. We appreciate your understanding during this construction time. Mahalo.
